I just looked under dips, spreads and the hummus folder inside the bean

folder. There are so many toppings. What a perfect idea you had,

Eggplant spread, that sounds like something I would love! Is it in the recipe

folder? Egg plant Parmesan and fried eggplant is alot of what I lived off of

while I was learning the tips and trades, so to speak of the veg life style. (

lots more to learn too ) All 3 of my kids love love love it!
