No Cook Veggie Pizza

I like both versions of this its fun to take to a party too. One is sweet one

isn't.

 

First Version...

 

Ingredients

 

Pizza crust cooked and cooled

8 oz pack Cream cheese

2 cups Sour Cream

1/3 cups milk

6 0r 7 Chives

1/2 Garlic clove minced

1 Tbs Parsley

Fresh veggies, I use Broccoli chopped up in semi small bites, Cauliflower

chopped up in semi small bites, Red peppers thinly sliced, some Black olives cut

in half,

Carrot shavings, and Zucchini thinly sliced.

 

Directions...

 

Mix together in large bowl Cream cheese, Sour cream, Milk, Chives, Garlic, and

parsley.

 

Spread mixture on pizza crust.

 

Place veggies on top, one grouping at a time ( for appearance )

May add Bacon crumbles if desired.

 

Second Version... ( On the sweet side )

 

Ingredients...

 

Pizza crust cooked and cooled

or Pastry crust cooked and cooled shaped into 12 inch round

8 oz Cream Cheese

2 cups Sour Cream

1/3 cup milk

3 to 4 Tbs Cinnamon sugar

1 Tsp nutmeg

Fresh fruit I like to use Strawberries sliced thin , Raspberries, Kiwi sliced

thin, Granny Smith Apples cut into thin strips, and Blue berries.

 

Directions...

 

1. Place first five ingredients into large bowl and blend together.

 

2. Spread mixture onto crust.

 

3. Add fruit in same groupings one at a time ( for appearance )

May add chocolate or mint chocolate shavings to top.
