horseradish in fridge section...

Now this is where i used to find the best horseradish

back in NY; near the seafood deli area.

But here the clerk looked at me like i was nutso

when i asked where the horseradish was and even

had the audacity to claim their store didn't carry

horseradish! *lol* My dh went back to the condiment

section and found this Beaver brand prepared stuff

which is very good tasting, just not the same as what

i remember buying in the past.

i think that store clerk didn't know what horseradish was...

he probably thought i was asking for some special raddish

in the produce section. *lol*

Horseradish

I buy the pure horseradish, not called prepared, and it is just that

" horseradish. " Yummers. You have to look in the dairy case though or ask

where the pure horseradish is. It is to be kept refrigerated as it has

no preservatives. I'd tell you the brand, but I am out. How did that

happen?

it's just so sad, it just shows where the country is going. they know what a

mcnuggit is.
