Polenta Hi Anne

I purchased some ready made polenta and tossed it. I will never buy

it again. I made some from scratch and loved it. I had no idea

homemade would make such a difference.

Oh lawanna,

Thanks for posting that!

I bought some ready made from my local trusted deli. (they always tell me what

has rennet and pull the cheeses outof the case so I can read the ingredients,

all the while not making their thoughts of my presume insanity audible)

it was terrible, so I wrote it off.

I will try my own now!
