vegan cookbook Melissa (new)

This is the perfect book for entertainment with a scatter of easy to

to make vegan recipes. If you want more of a vegan cookbook I suggest

the two that Melissa H and Donna recommend, The Garden of Vegan and

How it All Vegan. I use those all the time. Those books tell you how

to substitute if you are missing an ingredient and the recipes are

easy to follow. Now are you looking more for a vegan book with

pictures as you assemble the dish, more of a how to type of book?

Pictures are nice, but for the most part I just want a book with

good recipes, instructions only would be fine...I'll check out the

2 books you mentioned...thanks!
