Guest guest
This is the perfect book for entertainment with a scatter of easy to to make vegan recipes. If you want more of a vegan cookbook I suggest the two that Melissa H and Donna recommend, The Garden of Vegan and How it All Vegan. I use those all the time. Those books tell you how to substitute if you are missing an ingredient and the recipes are easy to follow. Now are you looking more for a vegan book with pictures as you assemble the dish, more of a how to type of book?
