Thank you Linda, what can be better than a true good old family

recipe.

They seem simple enough to make.

I'll be enjoying these soon.

You'll have to try and see which one you like. The grated ones cook

slower, but have more texture, the grated and chopped ones have less

texture but do cook faster. I like them both so you have to try it

the other half the other way. When we do them at a large Hanukkah

party we do the grate and chop in order to get them out fast. You can

keep them warm in the oven too.
