My friends dad that I debated with on H-day #1 ate some vegetarian dished and did not realize that they were vegetarian dishes, he almost convulsed at the idea of a vegetarian( not Vegan) dish tasting delish! We kept the avacado debate healty and alive, and he did agree that there may only be about 3.9 grams of protein per serving, they are a good nutritional supplement to a vegetarian diet. I also showed him som veggie patch( that is the brand name)chix nuggets and spinach nuggets that are AWSOME tasting! They have 11 grams per 4 nugget serving. The chicken nuggets make a great chicken parm!!! He was impressed that a vegetarian item is so packed with protein. The nuggets are about the same size as McDonald chicken nuggets, so pretty small, with lots of protein! Woo Hoo! My neice fell jump-roping and knocked her 2 front teeth! She was rushed to the pediatric dentist at 7pm, and they had to pull the two teeth out! She may need more work done, she really damaged the roots of her teeth and some of the roots may not be completly accessable untill she has healed! OUCH!!!! She needed 5 shots and gas. She is going to get a icecream visit from Aunti tomorrow. Her lips are really full and pretty right now! (J/K) Her family was going to take holiday pics tomorrow- they have rescheduled now! Wow this is a long message, I had no idea that I had so much to say! Oh and one last thing- my vegetarian stuffed mushrooms were a hit! If anybody wants the recipe, drop me a line!
