Sorry, I don't have a recipe, but I use Soymage's Vegan Parmesan Alternative. It

is very nice I think...just my take...I use it on various things, but not by the

cup. It is made from soy. URL is

I shop at the smallest of Whole Foods since it's full of very interesting

employees that know you by name, etc. I have not sen it there. I'll ask them

to ordr it. I might try running to one of the larger stores and take a look.

Thanks Linda, I have a lot of problem with dairy. I'm not vegan but eat

almost no dairy, Once in a great while I toss a little grated cheddar on top of

a tostada or I might eat one of those diced chuncks on the sample tray in the

market. I use eggs to bake with but don't care for them by themselves.

Seems like Soyco makes something else I use, I'll have to check now.
