Guest guest
Now that is cool, we have a doctor in the house here with us. I'm happy knowing my body is thanking me for all that food. Believe me I did pack it in. It was all healthy food too. I didn't even have room for dessert, I ended up eating that today. Guest guest
Hello Isis (supreme Goddess) It is good to hear you ate healthy on Thanksgiving, or did you? :laughs: Those mashed potatoes and candied sweet potatoes probably contained a quarter pound of butter each, and then there is the sugar, and the eggs in the stuffing. :big laughs: Did you prepare this meal yourself? I am sorry if you had already posted such, I may have missed it, I am not used to the mass amount of email I am now receiving. Do not get me wrong however, I am liking it. :smiles: Ron On Behalf Of isisdarkshade Friday, November 25, 2005 9:14 PM Re: Thanks Ron Now that is cool, we have a doctor in the house here with us. Guest guest
Hi Ron, Actually the food was made in a healthy fashion. The yams were baked and I ate mine plain. The dressing was baked with veggie broth and a little melted Earth Balance margarine. I just couldn't stay out of the dishes and of course I picked and ate an olive here and a chip there as I was preparing the meal. Yes, I agree, it's not hard to skip over a message in this group, it's so active but loving, informative and the recipes rock. Be we all make you feel better soon, The Goddess " I " , " Ron Hess " <ronhess0760@m...> wrote: > > Hello Isis (supreme Goddess) > It is good to hear you ate healthy on Thanksgiving, or did you? :laughs: > Those mashed potatoes and candied sweet potatoes probably contained a > quarter pound of butter each, and then there is the sugar, and the eggs > in the stuffing. :big laughs: > Did you prepare this meal yourself?
