This is the #1 email of the day. OK #2 goes to the cookbook

recommendation since I have to get my vegetarian niece a cookbook for

Christmas. I think I've decided on Teany by Moby, I might get the

other one for myself.

You are all wonderful in here and the information and recipes just

flow right along.
