Just wanted to pop in and tell you how some recipes that I made

turned out. *First I made the " Italian Cauliflower " and " Red

bell pepper bruchetta " as a side dish for one of the thanksgiving

stops that I had to make. Then I made this recipe that I clipped out

of some place for " yeast rolls " . This roll recipe was so simple.

Thank you very much to the people responsible for the recipes that

I used. Everyone that tried them enjoyed. I never really prepared

cauliflower any other way except raw so this is great. I have also

never given sun dried tomatoes a try and those things are

incredible. I really enjoy all of these recipes.

Oh and every book that some one mentions and I haven't already read

it or heard about it I write it down so the next time I'm on e bay

or at the book store I will look them up.

This recipe has some great modifying promise! Maybe egg replacement

and wheat flour. Maybe I will try that next time. unless someone

has an itch to give it a try. Thanks for all of the knowledge and

information, Heather

Perfectly easy Dinner Rolls(that's what they are really called)

1Cup. warm water

2 packages active dry yeast

1/2 cup butter( I used Soy)

1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon

4-41/2 cups unbleached all- purpose flour

Combing the warm water and yeast in a large bowl. Let the mixture

stand until yeast is foamy, about 5 minutes.

Stir in butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Beat in flour , 1 cup at a

time, until dough is too stiff to mix (some flour may not be

needed). Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 4 days.

Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan. Turn the chilled dough out onto a

lightly floured board. Divide dough in 24 equal-size pieces. Roll

each pieace into a smooth round ball; place balls in even rows in

the prepared pan. Cover and le dough balls rise until doubled in

volume, about 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake until rolls are golden brown, 15 to 20

minutes. Brush warm rolls with melted butter, if desired. Break

rolls apart to serve. Yum
