Italian sausage, I agree, Tofurkey Italian sausages are the best!!!!

I made a whole dish of sauteed Tofurkey sausages with canned tomatoes

(drained, onions and garlic to place over rice as a side dish to go

with dinner tonight. They are the best.

I love them scrambled with eggs also and I make a breakfast burrito

with them.
