Yes, I also wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. I have so much to do

right now in the kitchen.

Making a huge pan of stuffing, appelpaj and a pearpaj too, potato salad (yes

big request of my niece), I'm also making Chanda's cranberry sauce and there's

more on my menu.

I never know how many people get together until we start to eat. It's an open

door event and since my nephew is in college many of his buddies come along.

Have fun everyone!

What's on the menu today?

I have Chanda's cranberry sauce done and off to make the vegan sweet potato

pie to

take along with me.

Donna - what did you think of the pearpaj? Mine was a hit and this

time I didn't have much to take home (there were only four of us, so

we couldn't finish the whole pie!).
