I tried the " chicken " strips in a stir fry and they were gross...got very slimy. The " beef " strips are still sitting in the freezer and probably will sit there until I toss them. Guest guest Posted November 23, 2005 Report Share Posted November 23, 2005 Not sure if someone already posted replies to this, but Morning Star Farms makes steak strips, which are decent as long as you don't over cook them...and I know some people use the tuna substitute Tuno it comes in a can, I have not yet tried it, but I know that even Kroger in Tn has it, along with health food stores...let me know if you like the Tuno if you try it! I'm going to have tofurkey for the first time tomorrw, since my family is having traditonal turkey,we 'll see how it goes!
