Baked White Bean and Rosemary Spread or Dip 1 tblspn. olive oil 1 cup chopped onions 1 tblspn. minced garlic 1 tsp. dried rosemary, chopped 2 (15 ouncs) cans of Great Northern white beans, rinsed and drained 1 1/3 tblspns. white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes salt to taste paprika Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Slowly cook onions, garlic and rosemary until soft. In a food precessor or blender, blend the onion mixture, beans, white wine vinegar, red pepper and salt until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish and garnish with paprika.
