Mya/Celery Casserole

Mya,

 

was it you who posted the Celery Casserole that has waterchestnuts

in it? we had our Harvest Potluck Sunday for church and I made it with

a baked squash dish and homemade rolls. I didn't actually make it to

church because of sick kids but had someone pick up our food since

there was no way we could get through it all ourselves. BUT, the

celery casserole was a HUGE hit--people were fighting over those

dishes : ). I was too lazy to crush up the Ritz crackers and used

seasoned breadcrumbs instead and it was still a hit : ). I may have to

make it again for Thanksgiving since I have no idea what it tastes
