Guest guest Posted November 21, 2005 Report Share Posted November 21, 2005 Garlic and Herb Spread 1/2 lb firm tofu, pressed dry between paper towels 1 garlic cloves, pressed 2 tsps. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp minced dill Pleace tofu, garlic and soy sauce in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Turn machine off and scarpe down the sides if needed. Place in bowl and stir in the herbs. Spread on mini toasts, fill a pita or spread on a sandwich. Spread will stay fresh for 3 days in covered container. I like this as an open faced sandwich with tomato and cucumber slices. Enjoy! " Let the sound take you away.
