This Holiday Season, celebrate with foods for your body, mind, and soul…

When Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography for a Yogi, and

founder of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), first issued his Yogoda

lessons, each lesson contained delicious and yummy recipes. The

lessons also contained extensive information about vitamins,

nutrition, food for healing, and about food and their pranic energy.

These Yogoda lessons were later used to create the current SRF

lessons, however all this material and the recipes were excluded from

the new lessons.

Self-Realization Fellowship still uses the recipes today in their

ashrams. If you have gone on a pilgrimage to one of their temples

during their yearly Convocation, you know how delicious and yummy

these foods are.

Many have expressed a desire for these recipes to use at home. There

are even web sites with some of the recipes online already, but none

offer the complete set of recipes, and the added information about

foods, nutrition, vitamins and pranic/healing energy that was found in

the Yogoda Lessons.

This holiday season, we have decided to provide a place where all

this information can come together and become available for others to

enrich their lives.

So if you are interested in those yummy recipes and you want Swami

Yogananda's Yogoda Lesson information on vitamins, nutrition, food for

healing, food and their pranic energy, then come join our @
