I get them from my chiropractor but I know they are available on line for cheaper. Mostly, all I'm interested in is the iron, and that's because I tend to be low iron, always have, even before I went veggie. Not allowed to donate blood. As far as vitamins, you're probably going to get more out of the fruits and vegetables than you get out of meat.
