NEED HELP!!!

I take the Metagenics Wellness Essentials vitamins, they come in A.M.

and P.M. packets but I usually just take one of them a day and

alternate them. I get them from my chiropractor but I know they are

available on line for cheaper. Here is a link to the Metagenics

I take plain old Centrum. I only pick that brand because there are

coupons in the paper all the time.

Mostly, all I'm interested in is the iron, and that's because I tend

to be low iron, always have, even before I went veggie. Not allowed

to donate blood.

As far as vitamins, you're probably going to get more out of the

fruits and vegetables than you get out of meat. With the exception of

B12, which you need tiny amounts of.
