Guest guest
As you know, I need to avoid salt as much as possible. As of yet, I have not gone into a vegetarian restaurant - I haven't had the chance yet - but my question now is - how liberal is salt used in these Vegetarian restaurants? Should I make it a point when I am ordering to indicate and stress " no salt? " Some foods are prepared beforehand so there is the chance that salt may be already added to some foods - or is this different in regards to vegetarian dishes? thanks again for the help.
