Peanut butter - the label reads...

ok, I talked with my trainer last night. She said in no uncertain

terms to avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. She also

said the best peanut butter to get in smuckers low fat. She said what

you need to stay away from in Saturated fat. (think lard, yeck)
