Here are some of my recipies. Avacado Sandwich Ingredients: Ripe Avacado mustard oil & vinegar dressing hot sauce 100 % Whole wheat bread (stone ground if possible Orowheat) sliced tomatoes romain lettuce sharp sliced cheese (optional for struggling vegetarians) thyme spice garlic powder Dress three slices of bread with mustard........ Include mayo for struggling veggies............. slice an avocado length-wise into six slices..... Place three slices on bottom bread slice........ Place a healthy leaf of lettuce on botton bread slice....... Place two slices of tomatoes on same bread slice......... Apply thyme spice liberally...... Apply light garlic powder........ Apply cheese slice............ Repeat the process ........... Feel free to add as many dark veggies as you wish.....You know,more colour with veggies is always better.
