These two cookbooks are the current offerings on the cookbook relays

at the BookRelay web site (an offshoot of Bookcrossing.com). Neither

of these books are mine, but they seem like good books, but none of

the current members of BookRelay seem interested in them.

 

BookRelay is a free book sharing site. The relays operate on the

principle of accepting an offered book you are interested in by

offering to send a book you own (same category, in this case

cookbooks in general) to the next person who is willing to accept it

and send it a book to the next person, etc. Each sender pays postage

so there is no money transfer involved.
