It works pretty well at holding things together, and it is cheaper than eggs. This makes one egg worth." by Pollen 1 tablespoon flax seed 5 tablespoons water 1. Grind up the flax seeds in the blender until they are pretty fine (you don't have to do this, but they are less noticable this way). 2. Mix the seeds and the water and cook on the stove until it gets all jelly-like. 3.
