Has anyone made anything like this before. I am looking forward to making it. Susan R. Carrot Pudding a.. 4 large carrots, cooked and grated b.. 1 small onion, grated c.. 1/2 teaspoon salt d.. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg e.. 1 tablespoon sugar f.. 1 cup milk g.. 3 eggs, beaten Mix together carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk, and eggs.
