Guest guest Posted September 22, 2003 Report Share Posted September 22, 2003 Heirloom Tomatoes & Mozzarella INGREDIENTS 4 assorted Heirloom Tomatoes 8-ounce ball of fresh mozzarella 1 bunch fresh basil 2 ounces extra virgin olive oil Aged balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Cut tomatoes into appropriate shapes. Slice mozzarella. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella in eye-catching design. Sprinkle with salt, grind pepper and spoon olive oil. Drip balsamic, garnish with basil and serve. Serves four.
