Hello, I suppose I should introduce myself! I am Cathe, or "countrycat", live in south Florida....work as a children's librarian, paint( canvas, not walls) write, and raise "dust bunnies". My favorite food is McDonald's cheeseburgers, which I am giving up as of tomorrow! I work fulltime, so I am looking for quick veggie meals!
