Guest guest
I'm afraid I have to go no mail for now. Yesterday we blew a fuse in the kitchen, and I changed it. For safety reasons, I always turn the main power off before changing a fuse (when I was a teen, I didn't know to do this and I set the house on fire). Well, when I went to turn it back on the fuse box popped and flashed. Of course, I turned the power back off and Barry went to the superintendant. The electrician was here about 2 hours later and found some bad wiring in some outlets. He took the fuses out for those outlets and turned the power back on. He said he'd be back today to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the landlord refused to pay him so instead of finishing the job, he quit. Now we are left without power in the living room and some outlets for who knows how long. We have run an extension cord into the computer from the kitchen so I can use the comp now, but we want to keep the cord mostly for the TV because everyone can use that at once, compared to only one on the comp. So I am going no mail until the electricity is fixed, and will try to check in from time to time. Cya.
