our first veggie dinner!

tonight was our first " veggie " dinner!

My STEAK MAN husband was actually very happy with it!!!

I just made Smart Ground, stir fried with lo mein, shreded carrots,

peppers, and a bit of teriyki!(sp?) We also had a tossed salad.

Now , he is eating chocolate ice cream! Well, he said, the chocolate

comes from a plant!

so, we'll see what tomorrow brings!

That's wonderful progress, Cathe. It took me twenty years to eat the

way I do today. I discovered Natural Hygiene 10 years ago. I'm

still not at the far out levels of observance of it.

 

It usually takes years to make the transition from eating whatever

one wishes, whenever one wishes, to a really healthy way of life

characterized by self-control and knowledge of what we need to know

to eat properly.

 

Heck, it takes years just to learn the basics. Usually it takes

awhile after we're convinced that something is right to begin to

adopt the behavior and more time still until it becomes our normal

way of behaving.

 

You've embarked on a years-long journey to greater perfection. You

have every right to be excited and proud of yourselves! Welcome to
