Trying to go back to being a veg .."offline" for 16 years (gave up trying to cook veg for me and meat for them).... tired of meat based meals and their effect on the body and spirit. A good 3 weeks into it. I'm the family cook and told wife and many kids "I'm making a big change in the world of meals for us" Received well! So I can use all the encouragement to go the distance!!
