Hi all,

I decided to look through my recipe files and see what I could post for Charles. I'm gonna post a few of my favorites that hopefully qualify as "quick". Do crockpot recipes qualify, even if they take a while too cook, if the preparation is quick and easy??? Anyways, hopefully, I will stay within the guidelines.

Here's a very easy and delicious sauce I use sometimes for pasta. I love to add steamed veggies and serve over whole grain spirals.
