Guest guest
Hi all, I decided to look through my recipe files and see what I could post for Charles. I'm gonna post a few of my favorites that hopefully qualify as "quick". Do crockpot recipes qualify, even if they take a while too cook, if the preparation is quick and easy??? Anyways, hopefully, I will stay within the guidelines. Here's a very easy and delicious sauce I use sometimes for pasta. I love to add steamed veggies and serve over whole grain spirals. ~Nita * Exported from MasterCook * Alfredo Sauce Recipe By :Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:03Categories : SAUCES & GRAVIES Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method-------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups lowfat cottage cheese 1/2 cup milk 2 cloves garlic -- minced 2 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
