Guest guest
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for stuffed poblano peppers. All the recipes I've found so far have had either pecans or walnuts in them, and I can't eat nuts. In return, is a very decadent but yummy pasta recipe: Cut a wedge of brie, camembert, or other soft cheese into big bite sized pieces. Cut 4-5 vine ripe tomatoes into quarters. Marinate both, along with a ton of fresh basil, and 2 minced garlic cloves in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Let sit for an afternoon. Cook bow tie pasta, and pour above marinade over. The heat of the pasta melts the brie, and it becomes a garlicky, basily, cheesy delight! Serve with extra oil and vinegar and crusty bread. Cheers!
