It could be a sign that you are detoxing from a meat-based diet.

It could be a sign that you are dehydrated - headaches are another

sign of dehydration. It could also mean that you haven't adjusted

your new vegetarian diet to provide the right mix of nutrients

that your body needs. Be patient. In addition to 'good' fats,

be sure that you are getting enough protein. Eat lots of beans,

seeds and nuts. These have both fat & protein and have the advantage

of being very filling. Snacking on hummus & veggies or whole

wheat pita and trail mixes can ward off hunger between meals.

Also, drink lots of water or other noncaffeinated beverages.
