Guest guest
I have noticed something unusual (I think) since becoming vegetarian. I AM CONSTANTLY HUNGRY, even though the amount I eat hasn't been changed. Is this normal? Does it pass? I do eat beans, dairy, and eggs, so it's not a lack of protein. Have any of you experienced this hunger? I don't want to increase what I eat because I am trying to lose weight, not gain it.
