Want a refreshing beverage?

 

Freeze:

 

2 bananas

2 strawberries

1 slice of pineapple

papaya (the equivalent of 1/2 slice of pinapple)

1/2 cup of cold water

3 tbsp of turbinado sugar

 

Dilute the sugar in water and put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix very well. I mix for about 1 minute. Serve inmediately.

You may mix diferent proportions of fruits according to your taste.
