Instead of Milk

 

I use the following instead of coffee:

 

1 cup of Soy Milk (Better Than Milk)

3 drops of vainilla extract

ground cinnamon to taste

turbinado sugar to taste

 

Mix the ingrediets and warm 1 or 2 minutes on the microwave.

Lush ( www.lush.com ) makes great hennas - the darker colors are nice,

the red was reformulated a couple of years ago and it's really

dramatic now. They make a lot of other vegan products, including the

best conditioner I've ever used (veganese). And they have shampoos and

conditioners for color treated hair, too.

 

All right, so I like Lush. They're expensive, but everyone knows to

get me gift certificates for my birthday and Christmas, so I make do.
