We currently eat meat but I would like to eat a LOT LESS of it!! Currently, I have some mild Hatch chiles that I'd like to grill and peel. Has anyone ever had these in hummus? If I blend them in with the beans, would the flavor overpower the rest of the hummus? Or should I just dice them and stir them in? Also, would some of you post your favorite hummus variations?
