Guest guest Posted August 4, 2003 Report Share Posted August 4, 2003 Grilled Asparagus, Roasted Corn and Chipotle Salsa INGREDIENTS 1 cup yellow corn kernels, pan roasted 2 bunches asparagus, grilled 1 tablespoon corn oil 1 each white onion, diced small 4 each chipotle chiles, minced 1 bunch cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon lime juice (one lime) Salt to taste DIRECTIONS Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
