This refreshing chilled soup originates from Spain and is easy to make. Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups tomato or vegetable juice1 cup peeled, seeded, finely chopped fresh tomatoes1/2 cup finely chopped celery1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper1/2 cup finely chopped green onion3 tablespoons white wine vinegar2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil1 large clove garlic, minced2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepperDirections:Combine all the ingredients in a large glass or stainless steel bowl.
