Guest guest
Can someone help me out? I am not much of a cook and many of the ingredients on the recipe websites are " exotic " vegetables I've never used like artichokes and eggplant. I'm looking for simple recipes for pitas, chick peas, lentils, etc. Laurie _______________ The new MSN 8: advanced junk mail protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
Guest guest
I don't have a site for you, sorry, as I'm just getting started myself, but here's a recipe I made just last night and it's VERY yummy... 2 cloves minced garlic1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)1/3 cup lemon juice1/2 cup roasted red peppers1/4 tsp dried basilCombine garlic, chickpeas, tahini and lemon juice in food processor. Process until smooth. Add peppers and basil, process until the peppers are finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper, cover and chill.Laurie B <laitaina wrote: Can someone help me out?
