Quick Vegetarian Dish---jumbalaya style.

This was a great dish that I threw together at the last minute from

things in my pantry.

 

It turned out well, took no time at all, and tasted great the next

day.

 

Ingredients:

1 can vegetarian Lentil soup

1 can french cut green beans

1 can chopped tomatoes

1 small pkg frozen okra (thawed)

3/4 cup rice

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp basil

Salt and Pepper

You can add hot sauce, jalepenos, or crushed red pepper if you like

it spicy.

 

Place all ingredients in large pan. Simmer until rice is cooked

through...about twenty minutes.
