Guest guest
I am new to this group too, I am also relatively new to being vegetarian as well. I describe myself as being " Mostly Vegetarian " because I still cook meat for my freinds and family, and I will eat it too in a pinch or if a new type of dish seems extremely interesting to me. My goal is to one day become a " Iron Chef " as it were. I am on a quest to discover and create dishes that are meatless but can still pass off as meat for any meat-eater. Right now I still do a lot of experimenting and only have two recipies that I can truly call " my own. " My main favorite ingredient to work with is Tofu, it can be very versatile. Anyway, I would love any tips or hints, or to swap recipies whether they are original or found on a website/or cookbook!
