Guest guest
Dear All My antivirus informed that virus W32/Klez.h@MM was found in an email from " sentto-271797-8601-1050224710-mmc=sider.net " . As this e-mail seems to have been received from one of my , if any of you receive a message in Portuguese from " SiderNet " it means that your computer is infected. It's the Klez virus. It's quite a difficult one to remove completely. Save the attached remover tool to disk. Restart the computer in Safe Mode. (Press F8 when it says " starting windows..) Run the remover tool. Aftrerwards, suggest reinstalling your antivirus software,as Klez attacks some antivirus software, rendering it unusable. Then do a full scan, with antivirus software set to " scan all files " Make a note of any infected files found which are part of programs, as you will need to replace these from the original disks. BTW, the messages don't have your address on them, it can be any address. More information: http://www.symantec.com There's a link right on the title page.
