I am a Network Consultant in India and love vegetarian food. I love to cook and experiment a ot in my mom's kitchen (much to her dismay!). I live in a place (Nagpur) where we get a lot of tropical fruits and vegetables. I love to go to the weekly vegetable market (it's a huge place here) where the farmers bring their fresh produce from the villages around the city. I like all kinds of cuisine especially Indian, Chinese and Italian (I love pasta and pizza!) But I am a healthy eater and watch out for high calorie foods! I guess I will hang around till I get a feel of this place and then start actively participating in everything. I have a lot of quick recipes which I will share with all of you.
