Guest guest
To my knowledge it is cooking foods up until a certain temperature as to maintain all of its nutrients. Yes, this is a type of vegetarian since all the foods are veggies, fruits, grains, etc. There are also fruitarians whom only eat fruit, not plants. They don't eat any living thing. So basically you eat anything with a seed/s which takes up a good bit of the veggie world, with the exception of leafy veggies, roots, tubers, etc. Someone on another list was a fruitarian for many years and maintained a great figure. However, when she was in a car accident her diet had to dramatically change. She was in fact so malnourished that she couldn't heal and it took a much longer time. She now eats a wide variety of foods and actively preaches against such diets. Warmly, Allison --- " Rose <chopin43 " <chopin43 wrote: > Hello, everyone. > > I have some good news. Guest guest
That's interesting, Allison. I can't see how anyone could be a strict " raw foods " vegetarian. I have a hard enough time trying to cross over to vegan. I still eat dairy....I'm so amazed at how many foods contain dairy... oh well.. Guest guest
I'm right there with you:) And eggs...I still enjoy my eggs. I don't see myself ever actually being a vegan though I am trying very hard to incorporate as many vegan dishes into my diet.
