Guest guest Posted January 30, 2003 Report Share Posted January 30, 2003 Here's a quick recipe for a delicious smoothie! 1 cup vanilla soy milk 1 ripe banana (not too ripe) 2 Tablespoons peanut butter Put all ingredients in a blender.
