Sounds good to me if it's easy! Thanks, Robin

I'll toss out some ideas--if any sound good to you, I'll give you recipes,

hopefully before Friday.

Spinach-artichoke dip

Hummus and/or baba ganouj and pitas

Pinwheels (those rolled up and sliced tortilla things)

Layered taco dip

Quesadillas (black bean and goat cheese, spicy spinach, Soyrizo and cheese,

mushroom--tons!)

(And I'm hungry for soup right now, otherwise there'd be even more recipes...)

I just saw this, and I have a spectacular yummy easy appetizer.

Asparagus yummy rolly-things

1/2 asparagus

1 container of flavored cream cheese (I like the veggie one, but whatever

you like)

sliced bread

butter

Cook the asparagus (I steam it).

Slice the crusts off the bread (I actually don't do this, but I prob.

would if I was entertaining to make it look all pretty :) and spread on

the flavored cream cheese. Place one cooked asparagus spear on each slice

and roll up.

Place on a baking dish and brush with melted butter. Bake in oven at 350

degrees for about 10min (until golden brown).
