Ovo Lacto means that you eat eggs and dairy. Vegan means you eat nothing from an animal (including honey). Warmly, Allison (Irish) I alway thought Ovo-lacto > veggies, didn't eat eggs or milk? I was just really disappointed when I got a very dry rice cake instead of the yummy chocolates on the flight. But then, I am lucky if I even get veggie food on my flight. There is always panic when I say I'm veggie. Then they ask, but did you book 24 hours in advance (then i begin to get worried, cos i know they don't have it), then I say ,yes i told them i was veggie 1 week ago, 2 days ago , yesterday and made sure today they still had it booked!!! But then they say, would you like fish? i say no! then they say, a bread roll? and i have to do with that!!!
