Guest guest Posted January 17, 2003 Report Share Posted January 17, 2003 1/2 lbs mushrooms 1 med. onion 6 T butter 6 T flour 1 qt broth 4 cups hot milk 2 T cooking wine Salt and Pepper to taste optional Simmer shrooms, onion w/ broth.
